Jan B. Lühn
Jan was born in the late seventies. A time where James Hunt won the F1 World championship and Porsche dominated the 24 hours of Le Mans. A time when sex was safe and motor racing dangerous! His deep passion for motorsport started early, when his father took him for the first time to race tracks like Le Mans and Spa-Francorchamps.
After working for the prestigious auction house Christie’s in London and Brussels, Jan decided in 2006 to start his own business. The company Jan B. Lühn was born!
Jan’s wife is convinced he is addicted to his iPhone, his friends are convinced he is addicted to the Ferrari racing cars.
Jan is the founder of Jan B. Lühn and runs the business mainly out of the German showroom.

Bennett was lucky enough to grow up under an hour from the famed Virginia International Raceway. His father would take him to the track, as that was the only thing that seemed to hold his interest. Here he was able to see the Shell Ferrari Historic racing events and also witness the mighty 333SP’s under full song on the back straight after they exited Oak Tree (when the Big Oak was still present) This lit a fire in him for racing cars that burns to this day. He went on to work for two Ferrari dealers from High School all the way through University. Then making his way to Chicago where he entered the classic car world and has not looked back since. Bennett runs the US operations, and can also be found at race tracks and events all over the world. He probably has more airline miles than anyone else in the industry and loves the Boeing 777.
Joshua is no stranger to the automotive world. Born in the sunny South of France, he grew up near Monte-Carlo, a haven for racing fans with event such as the Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix, Monte Carlo Rally and many more events… What Joshua loves above all, is a challenge. His passion is fuelled by the chase. With a global network and a passion for rare models, he is looking forward to growth with the team.
Assyl grew up in the UK and the United Arab Emirates. His passion for the automobile started when he would join his older brother while watching Top Gear in the 1990’s, and the disease has been with him ever since! He started out in the automotive sector as a student, taking as many car-related part-time jobs as he could. He eventually found his way to managing Dubai’s Tomini Classics for seven years, where he honed his passion for post-war European sports cars. Assyl then played an instrumental directorial role in bringing the 1000 Miglia to the UAE.

Matthias is the „junior“ in the team and is a real child of the nineties! He was born into the era of the Ferrari F40 and the McLaren F1 as well as „Need for Speed“ on the Playstation. When he first got in touch with Formula 1, he followed Michael Schumacher on his path to win the world championship title numbers three to seven! Matthias started his first own car-related business at the age of 18 when he tuned and coded ECUs of mainly BMWs. There we are already at his next huge passion – the BMW M models (even during the difficult Chris Bangle years). Matthias is taking care of the showroom, manages logistics and works also as a junior sales man.
The Jan B. Lühn showroom Germany is located 10 kilometers outside of Münster/Westfalen in a rural atmosphere. After running a showroom for three years in the centre of Münster, we have decided in 2013 that we need more space in a more discreet setting.
After a two years restoration, an old farm house from 1906 is now the new location where we buy, sell and store cars for our clients.
Secured to the highest standards, the new showroom offers a great mixture of old and super modern architecture, exactly as our cars do. Münster is in the heart of Nordrhein-Westfalen and has three international airports in a radius of 150 kilometers. Please feel free to visit us in our showroom, just call for an appointment.
